I do appreciate your request.
Facebook is a great tool for building your brand recognition and growing your network of fans. It is the largest of the social media sites and many people use it every day.
Presenting your brand clearly so people begin to recognize YOU is important. Your company, brand, people, products, and services should be clearly represented on the page. These are the four ESSENTIAL elements you need to review to make sure you clearly communicate who you are and what you do.
- A clear profile picture that all fits within the square provided.
- An up to date cover photo that is unique.
- An ABOUT section that is full and completely describes all that you do.
- A way for people to engage with you further by using the Call to Action Button.
While these are not all that you need, they are the essential tools to start growing your online branding and recognition. By growing your brand recognition you will be growing your client base. As you grow your client base, you will be adding new customers and growing your income.
After implementing these elements you can begin to post and "socialize" with your community. Choose a schedule for posting that is comfortable for you. Don't just stop posting because you are not "seeing" the results. I hear from people all the time that when they see a page that has been abandoned, it tells them the company does not want to be engaged with them. It does not have to be a daily post but you should post more than once a year. (Facebook is now unpublishing inactive pages.)
